Valice, the city of lost memories. Where all hearts are kept pure; the second Eden.

Prologue : The Promised land . . .


Long ago, the world was at peace. Races lived amongst each other with much harmony. This 'world' was once called the living Eden, so pure and innocent. As time passes, the origins of purity began to fade; hence began the Sin era. Filled with greed, the different races fought; some fought for honor, others merely fought only to survive.

Countless sacrifices has been made, death circled around the lands. It was now a land of grief. As the races fought, death weighed even heavier.
Cries of suffering reverberated throughout the lands; a man 'Lucifer' saw too much sadness and could not see the meaning of existence vowed to end the world of its sufferings.

Lucifer, the great warrior; sliced his throat with his sword and his blood flooded the lands, erecting the Stream of Life. Large waves of spiritual energy covered the lands, destroying everything.

Upon witnessing the Stream of Life, thee remembered. The world they had been living in the past, a land so pure. The 'Promised' Land. Heroes rose in hopes of protecting the things the have come to love and the ones they loved. The bonds of love proved more overwhelming than death, "To put the ones you love above all things including yourself..." The effects of the Stream of Life was reversed.

Peace filled the lands once more, but still only a fraction of the world remains . . .
